Metasys Technologies is seeking a Print & Office Support role to assist with fleet management. The position involves maintaining office printing equipment and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple floors.

Responsibilities

Clear printer/copier paper jams and replace toner
Ensure all convenience copiers across 6 floors are working properly
Operate high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, and finishing equipment
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and postage
Perform binding, hole-punching, cutting, shrink-wrapping, and finishing tasks
Deliver completed print jobs to designated departments
Maintain supply inventory and update logs (meter reads, service logs, billing logs)
Assist employees with printing, scanning, and mail requests
Keep equipment areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
Coordinate service calls with technicians when needed
Perform filing, archiving, and basic document services as required

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods across 6 floors
Ability to lift up to 50–55 lbs and occasionally push machines on wheels
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license may be required per company policy

Preferred

Experience in print, copy center, mailroom, or office support preferred
Basic computer skills (MS Office & Email)
