The Lead Fulfillment Technician will coordinate the safe and effective distribution of wholesale orders to dispensary customers, assist with driver routing, and monitor inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities
Efficiently create/print location stickers, CoA, and tamper seals in accordance with DOH standards & company policy
Create transportation manifests from provided sales orders, working closely with the Sales Department to ensure timely delivery
Assist with delivery vehicle routing and rerouting, acting as a point of contact for on-the-road drivers
Delegate completed manifests to technicians for completion, aiding as needed
Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness
Provide direction and feedback to fulfillment technicians while maintaining reasonable standards of production
Monitor and audit available for sale and fulfillment inventory, always ensuring compliance and accuracy
Investigate and reconcile incorrect inventory regularly, including participation in weekly, monthly, and annual inventory audits
Ensure strict compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
Train, support, and assist the development of team members and assist with inventory issues as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Non-CDL, Class C driver's license, in good standing required
A clean Motor Vehicle Report with no reportable records
Previous experience in fulfillment, inventory management, or related field required
Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to perform inventory tracking, auditing, reconciliation, and FIFO procedures
Ability to count and perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to read and interpret road signs, GPS instructions, and vehicle warnings
Ability to manage time and maintain a strict delivery schedule with deadlines
Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and MS Office
