Responsibilities
Create and maintain dashboards for our velocity tracking efforts, use internal tools to streamline processes via code
Plan, track, execute and report on project timelines and milestones across multiple programs
Drive and track progress, manage risks and dependencies leading to successful outcomes
Identify and drive resolution of Real Time Communication (RTC) and cross-functional process gaps that obstruct efficiency
Organize team evaluation activities of AI features, ensure a stable team rating pool, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in managing projects
Experience with implementing technical designs, technical roadmaps, and system integration
Experience with AI feature implementation
Preferred
5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with software development
Experience in leading AI features development
Understanding of machine learning pipelines and model deployment
