Responsibilities

Represent clients in multidistrict litigation (MDL) and consumer class action defense matters
Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with client objectives
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other complex litigation filings
Conduct legal research and factual analysis to support case strategy
Collaborate with a global team of seasoned litigators and trial lawyers
Maintain a trial-ready approach from the outset of each matter
Evaluate early exit and resolution strategies to reduce risk and cost for clients

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Comfort working on demanding, high-profile litigation matters
