This individual will support wholesale affiliate partners and oversee a portfolio of approximately 20–25 projects, managing a budget of $20–25 million and ensuring effective communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support wholesale affiliate partners and oversee a portfolio of approximately 20–25 projects
Manage a portfolio budget of $20–25 million
Responsible for EAC (estimate at completion) forecasting, burn rate analysis, and managing both labor and non-labor budgets
Create forecast trends
Maintain all financial documentation in Clarity

Required

Ability to create PowerPoint presentations without direction for executive-level audiences
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with executives
Able to improve reporting, identifying process gaps (risk mgt), and building dashboard visibility for leadership
Experience managing a budget of at least $20 million to Establish funding buckets o Resource allocation o Burn Rate Analysis
Experience using Clarity (or a comparable financial documentation tool—excluding Microsoft tools)

Preferred

Healthcare insurance experience (highly preferred)
