Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on NGFW technologies to maximize product utilization
Work with Product and Engineering teams for the integration and implementation of network security solutions
Act as a customer advocate to influence the product roadmap and leverage new features
Guide customers in maximizing their investment by rapidly achieving their security objectives through our solutions
Partner with account teams for high-visibility technical strategy deployment and product-level success planning

Qualification

Network SecurityNGFWEndpoint SecurityNetwork Security CertificationsCustomer Support

Required

Proven experience in network security engineering or related fields
Working knowledge of NGFW and Enterprise network products
Strong background in network security certifications (e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP)
Extensive experience in network security, particularly with Next Generation Firewall technologies, within dynamic customer-focused environments
