Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents
Manage deal processes, timelines, and client communications
Coordinate due diligence and oversee transaction workflows
Supervise and mentor junior associates on M&A matters
Handle day-to-day demands on multiple active transactions
Work closely with partners and clients to structure and execute deals
Provide strategic guidance throughout all stages of transactions
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
Strong hands-on M&A experience, including drafting and negotiation
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
Ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills and client-service mindset
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally recognized law school
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Strong client relationship management capabilities
Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
