Specialist- Inside Sales (International Business)
Faclon Labs is a high-growth, deep-tech start-up focused on making infrastructure and utilities smarter using IoT and SaaS. They are seeking a Specialist in Inside Sales to own the end-to-end multichannel outbound process for the US market, targeting manufacturing accounts and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end multichannel outbound for the US market: calling, email, and LinkedIn sequences targeting manufacturing accounts
Maintain high-volume outbound discipline: ~100–125 outbound dials per day (once fully ramped)
Identify and engage the right US manufacturing personas, including: Operations, Plant Leadership, CI/Lean, Maintenance, Engineering/Automation, and Digital / IT-OT teams
Run first-level qualification on live conversations, covering: persona-fit, plant footprint, urgency, current state, pain points, stakeholders, and next steps
Book 3–6 qualified meetings per week for the US sales team, with a focus on increasing total US meetings month-over-month
Execute structured follow-up cadences, including: Same-day follow-up email after conversations, 48-hour follow-ups, LinkedIn touchpoints where relevant
Maintain strong CRM hygiene: log call outcomes, notes, meeting context, next steps, lead status, and reminders with high accuracy
Keep lead and account data clean and enriched: dedupe records, update contact details, and add relevant account notes
Consistently meet or exceed activity, quality, and output KPIs while working closely with the Revenue / GTM team
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / SDR / Lead Generation roles
Proven experience selling SaaS, IT services, or industrial technology into mid-market or enterprise accounts
Demonstrated cold-calling track record with both volume and results
Strong process orientation: disciplined sequencing, CRM hygiene, and follow-up execution
Prior exposure to manufacturing or industrial personas and familiarity with plant operations workflows
Willingness and ability to work US business hours consistently
Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional phone presence
Comfortable with repetition, targets, and daily calling discipline
Coachable mindset with openness to call reviews and continuous improvement
Comfort using basic tools like email, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and CRMs
Preferred
US outbound calling experience strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with tools such as Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong understanding of manufacturing pain areas such as OEE, downtime, quality variance, energy costs, or lack of visibility
Experience working in a metrics-driven US sales environment
