They are seeking a sharp, reliable Operations & Executive Content Assistant to manage content operations, inbox flow, and provide light CEO admin support to help keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Schedule LinkedIn posts once approved (mine + client accounts)
Proactively follow up with clients for approvals (politely, clearly, consistently)
Track content status and ensure nothing slips
Manage inbox with strong judgment:
Flag only what matters: approvals, objections, money, deadlines
Handle or archive everything else
Draft simple, professional replies where appropriate
Inbox triage and prioritisation
Calendar management (scheduling, confirmations, buffers)
Reminders, follow-ups, and light personal/admin support as needed
Act as a gatekeeper to reduce noise and decision fatigue
Maintain a simple task and reminder system
Keep Google Drive and Notion clean, logical, and up to date
Spot small process improvements and suggest fixed
Qualification
Required
Excellent written English (clear, professional, confident)
Proactive and high-agency — you think ahead and don't wait to be told
Calm, organised, and reliable under light pressure
Comfortable following up and chasing people professionally
Strong judgment: you know what matters and what doesn't
Familiar with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Notion
Comfortable working directly with a founder
