Law Practice
Responsibilities
Provide support for permanent and temporary residence applications, including Spousal Sponsorship, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), work permits, study permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), and citizenship applications
Assist in gathering, reviewing, and organizing supporting documents for submission
Conduct basic legal research related to Canadian immigration policies and procedures
Maintain and update client files, case management systems, and internal databases
Draft and format correspondence, legal submissions, and application forms under the direction of lawyers and consultants
Send invoices to clients
Answer and delegate telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner
Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

2+ years of experience in Canadian immigration processing
Excellent communication skills in English
