Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including AR/AP, general ledger, payroll, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare financial statements and internal reports for management
Ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting policies and procedures
Act as the primary point of contact for all accounting matters
Utilize Sage software for all accounting needs
Qualification
Required
Recent hands-on experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper in a manufacturing or similar environment
Proficient with Sage accounting software
Proven ability to perform full-cycle accounting independently
High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
Proficiency in Sage accounting software or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations accurately
Excellent understanding of journal entries and month-end closing procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate financial reports
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and leadership
Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required
