Preparing legal documents, including discovery and trial preparation (exhibits, etc.)
Providing administrative support to attorneys
Maintaining effective communication with clients
Coordinating case-related activities
Ensuring accuracy in document preparation and legal filings
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of family law, local courts, legal procedures, and legal processes
Proficiency in legal document drafting, editing, and document review
Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency with legal software and general office software
Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal or in a similar legal support role is required
Preferred
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification
