Mid LevelThe Richmond Group USA is partnering with a GMP-compliant cosmetic / OTC manufacturer seeking an experienced Validation Engineer to support site-wide cleaning validation activities. This role is primarily focused on Cleaning Validation, with potential support for equipment and utility IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation as needed.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute the full cleaning validation lifecycle
Write and execute:
Cleaning cycle development & validation protocols
Clean/dirty hold time and campaign studies (CEHT/DEHT)
Final validation reports
Perform MACO and HBEL calculations
Develop cleaning strategies for process equipment, CIP systems, packaging lines, and production areas
Conduct spray coverage testing, swabbing, and risk-based sampling
Investigate and resolve cleaning deviations
Prepare validation documentation, SOPs, and risk assessments
Compile and review executed validation packages for approval
Qualification
Required
Strong background in validation, with deep expertise in cleaning validation
Proven experience writing and executing cleaning validation protocols
Hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
Knowledge of aseptic techniques
Experience with analytical and microbial sampling
