The role involves mechanical design, manufacturing process development, and collaboration with quality and operations teams.

Responsibilities
Mechanical design and product development through production
Manufacturing process development and improvement
DFM/DFA and design support for scale-up
NPI, line transfers, and production support
Root cause analysis and shop-floor troubleshooting
Working closely with quality, operations, and supply chain teams
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in mechanical, manufacturing, or product engineering
Exposure to regulated or high-reliability industries
Proficiency in common CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, etc.)
Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams
The ability to contribute quickly with minimal ramp-up
