Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from start to finish
Has deep knowledge of the market’s needs and trends
Mastery of Flex Rental Solutions software
Build and maintain relationships
Prepare and present presentations to prospective customers
Negotiate contracts with clients and close new business
Manage the client relationship through the production process
Keeps diligent notes and tracks details for assigned and managed accounts
Post-event follow-up with clients to get feedback
Use sales insights and reporting tools
Forecast monthly Gross Sales & Gross Revenue
Weekly pipeline review
Manage commissions payable
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure Production, Operations, and Finance are aligned on all booked business
Work to ensure Wizard Studios delivers service excellence that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations, as evidenced by unsolicited customer testimonials and repeat business
