Multi-Family Sales Coordinator
Quick Tie Products, Inc. is a quickly growing manufacturer servicing the building materials products industry. The Multi-Family Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Multi-Family projects, managing post-sale relationships, and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the post-sale relationship between QuickTie and its multi-family customers on a job-by-job basis
Communicate and coordinate with customers. For example:
Sending introductory emails to customers
Responding to emails from customers and resolving issues expeditiously
Helping accounting maintain current A/R
Communicating tracking information on shipments
Keeping customer informed of ship dates
Create and maintain accurate records
Assisting team members hit their due dates
Participate in meetings to coordinate with design, purchasing, and estimating to move projects forward and set priorities for shipments
Prepare vendor purchase orders and quotes as necessary
Assist with contractual requirements such as change orders, insurance verification, lien releases and notices to owners/contractors
Bookkeeping and general related projects such as filing, as necessary
Qualification
Required
Organization, energy, tenacity and attention to detail
Proficiency in Office, with particular emphasis on Excel
Excellent Customer service
Possess good interpersonal skills
Possess good verbal and written communication skills
ERP or Project Management software required
Preferred
Higher Education (4-year degree) preferred
Construction Industry and / or project management experience preferred
