Responsibilities
Engage with prospective borrowers via phone, email and text to understand their mortgage needs
Build rapport and develop relationships with clients throughout the loan process
Confidently present mortgage products and explain loan terms clearly
Guide clients through the mortgage application, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all required documents
Oversee the loan process from origination to close, maintaining consistent communication with customers and business partners
Maintain organized notes and pipeline management within our CRM
Qualification
Required
Sales or customer service experience (call center, telemarketing, collections, or similar.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and persuasive phone etiquette
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and eager to learn and grow
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be able to work onsite full time in McLean, VA with eventual hybrid flexibility
Must be willing to obtain NMLS license — Loansteady will sponsor your training and licensing
Preferred
Spanish Speaking is a plus!
