Responsibilities
Previous experience in a technical role as either a software or data professional (We use Typescript & Python)
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude - you will perform better if you haven't been confined to basic feature or dashboard development and instead have had the chance to build end to end solutions or focused on data analytics/modeling/pandas
Ability to work independently and own outcomes autonomously - you will always have support but we're looking for teammates who want to fully own their work and shape everything
A track record of delivering real-world outcomes with code or data science
Strong customer facing skills - able to work closely with clients to shape their pain points and advise on how to take their data and make it valuable to them
Flexibility with some travel (10-30% and otherwise flexible hybrid schedule in NY)
