Responsibilities
Recruit for a variety of technical and non-technical roles across the organization, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth internal process and stellar candidate experience
Assist with employee benefits processes and questions, assist with the company compensation cycle, and handle any administrative work as it arises
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, updating documents and processes as needed
Maintain our HRIS, ATS and other People Operations systems and data sources
Some office manager tasks as necessary, such as ordering supplies, communicating with our building managers, sorting the mail etc
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a Corporate Recruiter or PeopleOps/HR Generalist role
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to self-manage multiple administrative projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and ability to follow through a sequence of events to meet deadlines
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred
Experience with Paylocity is a plus
