Lead the program for a complex patient services transition from discovery through go-live
Manage multiple project tracks including case intake, benefits verification, and pharmacy coordination
Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure data flow and operational readiness
Oversee integrations, platform configuration, and data migration activities
Handle risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting
