Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts

Manage the sales pipeline and update the CRM with accurate and timely data
Conduct follow-ups, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align on lead quality and messaging
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
Ensure high customer satisfaction during onboarding and post-sale handover
