Responsibilities
Simplify how information flows across the enterprise
Strengthen executive and enterprise messaging
Embed communications into major change initiatives
Improve engagement, clarity, and alignment from the ELT to the field
Own enterprise internal communications strategy and operating rhythm
Manage corporate newsletter and executive messaging (including 'Memo from Kurt')
Plan communications for Tier 1 enterprise initiatives
Develop channel strategy across Teams, SharePoint, intranet, newsletters, and town halls
Establish two-way feedback loops with measurable engagement
Create playbooks, templates, and scalable communication standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years in internal or corporate communications
Experience in fast-paced, transformation-heavy environments
Comfortable operating at the enterprise and executive level
Strong writer with executive presence
Preferred
Change management experience (Prosci preferred)
Background in multi-brand, shared services, or PE-backed environments is a plus
