Responsibilities

Lead meetings to review new technologies and interface with suppliers to ensure quality standards
Develop and implement inspection techniques (Receiving, Floor, and Final Inspection) and author standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Work with the Metrology Lab to develop product gauging, optical comparator overlays, and templates
Interface with Manufacturing Engineers for process validations, capability studies ($C_{pk}$), and statistical quality control (SQC) application
Act as a trainer for Quality Control and Manufacturing staff on quality standards and procedures

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering/Technical discipline

ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
