Responsibilities
Lead regional network operations, service performance, and customer satisfaction
Manage regional vendors, contracts, service providers, and escalations
Execute global network strategy and standards within regional business and regulatory requirements
Oversee regional risk, compliance, and audit outcomes
Develop and deliver regional roadmaps aligned to global initiatives
Balance operational stability with project and transformation initiatives
Provide service performance reporting, capacity planning, and operational metrics
Line-manage and develop senior and principal network engineers
Serve as senior escalation point for regional network services
Represent regional requirements in global strategy and architecture discussions
Act as leadership delegate when required
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in large enterprise networking environments
Experience in network/team leadership
Experience supporting high-availability environments
Strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching, BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN
Experience with connectivity services including broadband, DIA, and cloud connectivity
Knowledge of wireless networking, load balancing, NAC, and network security (firewalls, Zero Trust)
