Senior Clinical Recruiter

Bloom Healthcare is seeking an experienced, high-performing, relationship-driven Recruiter to lead full cycle recruiting across their organization. This role focuses on recruiting in-home primary care providers and hospice clinicians while ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for in-home primary care providers (NP, PA, MD) serving high-needs, geriatric patients
Recruit hospice staff including nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary support professionals
Support recruitment for clinical office roles (RN, LPN, MA) and non-clinical/business roles as needed
Consistently deliver high-quality candidate slates that balance speed, quality, and mission alignment
Collaborate with multiple hiring managers and senior leaders across departments
Serve as a strategic consultant and service-oriented partner to hiring managers
Clearly communicate candidate status, pipeline progress, and recruiting efforts
Proactively anticipate hiring needs, set clear expectations, and provide guidance on timelines, market conditions, and competitive hiring strategies
Ensure hiring managers experience recruiting as organized, responsive, and solutions-focused
Deliver a white-glove, candidate-first experience from first contact through offer
Clearly explain Bloom Healthcare’s mission, care model, and culture
Ensure candidates understand role expectations, patient population, and work environment
Verify appropriate licensure, credentials, and role alignment early in the process
Serve as a brand ambassador—ensuring every interaction reflects Bloom’s values of integrity, excellence, and respect
Think creatively and strategically about how to attract top clinical and provider talent
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (networks, referrals, outreach, events, and platforms)
Build long-term pipelines for hard to fill and mission-critical roles
Demonstrate a proven ability to proactively source high-quality candidates for complex and hard-to-fill roles
Establish and maintain strong relationships with accredited clinical programs, universities, residency programs, and professional organizations to support sustainable talent pipelines
Manage all recruiting operations, systems, and workflows
Ensure compliance with employment laws, credentialing requirements, and internal policies
Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes for efficiency and quality
Manage post-to-hire timelines that align recruiting pace with business and patient care needs

Required

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally including healthcare and/or provider recruiting
Experience recruiting clinicians and medical providers such as NP, PA, MD, nurses, or hospice staff strongly preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and ethical hiring practices
Proven expertise in strategic talent attraction, including sourcing, outreach, and pipeline development of high-quality candidates
Strong customer-service orientation with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers

Preferred

Experience recruiting for home-based care, hospice, or complex clinical environments
Familiarity with healthcare licensure, credentialing, and compliance processes
Experience working in a fast-growing or mission-driven organization
Demonstrated success building relationships with accredited educational programs, universities, clinical training programs, residency programs, and professional organizations
Established campus or clinical program partnerships that support long-term talent pipelines
