Oversee field personnel, monitor daily and weekly schedules, identify and solve problems, and report any issues. Enforcing company’s safety program to meet objectives
Plan and coordinate construction activities including work with other company superintendents and subcontractors
Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other employees
Qualification
Required
Experience in Land Clearing or Utilities Construction
Previous experience in leading on site construction
Willing to take the step up and contribute to future growth of the company
