The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, identify opportunities, foster relationships, and achieve sales targets while representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualification
Required
Sales management experience, including leading teams, achieving targets, and negotiating contracts
Business development and networking skills, with a focus on nurturing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
Analytical skills to assess market trends, develop strategies, and provide competitive insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales tracking systems
Ability to manage a hybrid work arrangement and willingness to travel as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable
