Ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
Work closely with field teams, clients, and leadership to drive project success from planning through completion
Qualification
Required
5-10+ years of experience in civil construction and project management
Strong background in site development, earthwork, underground utilities, or roadway (DOT) projects
Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Estimating or takeoff experience is a plus
