Responsibilities

Research and due diligence of all license and permits
Applying for all applicable licenses and permits
Communicating with outside entities/jurisdictions (state, county and city) regarding license and permits
Managing and maintaining documentation and coordinate activities related to a wide variety of regulatory agencies
Maintaining project plans for new integration projects both before and after the transaction
Maintaining Smartsheet and OneNote project page
Following‐up on all license and permit submittals, ensuring the process is complete and hard copy has been received
Supporting Integration, Facilities, Construction, and sign vendors with any new projects' regulatory compliance request

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in licensing and invoice analysis
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Project management abilities
Familiarity with VLOOKUP functions
Experience in licensing or regulatory compliance
