Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales Managers and the VP of Business Development to understand client pain points and business goals
Lead tailored product demos, technical workshops, and discovery sessions
Maintain and manage demo environments for a polished, effective presentation
Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle, addressing client concerns
Support the team at industry events and presentations
Create custom solutions and workflows aligned with client objectives
Develop proof-of-concept models to showcase solution benefits
Coordinate with internal Product and Implementation teams to ensure technical feasibility
Contribute technical content to RFP/RFI responses
Assist in building business cases by estimating ROI and solution impact
Provide technical clarity during contract discussions to manage expectations
Build trusted relationships and serve as the main technical contact during pre-sales
Position the company as a reliable, strategic partner
Stay informed on industry trends, especially in energy, oil & gas, and document management
Share client feedback and market insights with internal teams to support product strategy

Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of pre-sales experience, preferably in SaaS and the energy sector
Strong understanding of workflows in project management, engineering, and maintenance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
