Responsibilities
Own day-to-day strategy and performance for a portfolio of e-commerce clients across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Develop media strategies aligned with client business goals, creative direction, and budget realities
Act as the primary client point of contact for your accounts — leading weekly calls, sharing insights, and proactively identifying growth opportunities
Present performance updates, creative learnings, and testing roadmaps clearly and confidently
Monitor and optimize toward key metrics including MER, CAC, CPA, and YoY growth
Manage campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across paid social platforms
Analyze performance, attribution data, and e-commerce metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Translate data into clear testing plans, audience strategies, and creative recommendations
Partner with Creative to brief, review, and iterate on ad concepts and assets
Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging opportunities
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience (Meta required, TikTok, Pinterest preferred)
Proven success managing multi-channel budgets ($30K–$250K+/month)
Strong understanding of performance metrics and creative testing
Comfortable running and leading client calls and managing day-to-day communication
Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
