Responsibilities
Install and coordinate BAS / HVAC controls, including wiring and field devices
Lead on-site execution and manage subcontractors
Support commissioning, startup, and advanced troubleshooting
Act as the technical BAS point of contact on site
Document progress and support site surveys and future project scoping
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on BAS experience
Solid knowledge of Tridium Niagara (N4) and/or Distech Controls
Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, and controls wiring
Able to read and interpret construction and shop drawings
Comfortable leading on site and working directly with clients
Willing to travel regionally across Oregon and Washington
Preferred
Data center experience is a plus, not a requirement!
