Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service while responding to internal and external customer inquiries, questions, and problems
Provide clerical support and perform administrative duties for several work groups
Accurately enter/maintain office and construction records
Aid Call Center and Dispatch personnel with customer situations
Complete all tasks necessary to keep operations of office running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and basic math skills
Be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and without direct supervision
Able to work flexible hours and locations
PC and word processing skills
Must have a valid driver's license and meet the company's requirement for driving
For positions in some locations, applicants must comply with DOT Part 199 Pipeline drug and alcohol testing requirements
Ability to classify information according to preset rules; spelling and grammar; basic mathematics; filing and sorting information
