Responsibilities
Direct daily operations across all clinical and non-clinical service lines
Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational mission
Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across all programs
Recruit, develop, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists and interns
Design and evaluate new programs and service expansions
Build and maintain community partnerships and stakeholder relationships
Drive evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives
Lead organizational change management and foster positive culture
Negotiate contracts and vendor relationships
Qualification
Required
Experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment
Proven operational leadership experience in a clinical setting
Ability to manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards
Experience in recruiting, developing, and evaluating staff
Ability to provide clinical and administrative supervision
Experience in designing and evaluating new programs and service expansions
Strong skills in building community partnerships and stakeholder relationships
Experience in driving evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives
Ability to lead organizational change management and foster positive culture
Experience in negotiating contracts and vendor relationships
Preferred
Clinical expertise in mental health services
