Responsibilities

Assist in managing and maintaining servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure

Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups

Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues

Help manage network devices, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Required
