Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Sales and managing Sales Operations to achieve and surpass sales goals
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver excellent Customer Service while maintaining positive relationships with residents and families
Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and support the sales team in meeting objectives
Business Development skills, including identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving sustainable growth
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
