The consultant will work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, while also mentoring junior team members and supporting project lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions to optimize business processes and maximize platform value
Participate in process design and functional analysis, translating business requirements into technical solutions
Create functional and technical design documents, solution components, and prototypes
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Configure and maintain Salesforce components such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and automation
Work across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud implementations
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Support data migration, data conversion, and data validation activities
Contribute to test planning, execution, deployment, and post-deployment support activities
Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Train, mentor, and guide junior Salesforce resources and conduct internal training sessions
Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and proactively suggest improvements
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform design, development, and implementations
Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and exposure to Marketing Cloud
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external systems
Strong techno-functional experience with business requirements, use cases, and solution design
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex system issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
