Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA on RISE transformation program
Define program objectives, success metrics, timelines, and budgets
Oversee functional, technical, integration, and data migration workstreams
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and RISE best practices
Manage program governance, risks, issues, and dependencies
Drive business process transformation leveraging S/4HANA capabilities
Act as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders
Facilitate communication across business, IT, and vendor partners
Provide regular updates to steering committees and executive leadership
Ensure effective change management, training, and user adoption strategies
Qualification
Required
10+ years of SAP program/project management experience
5+ years leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs (RISE experience required)
Proven track record in delivering SAP cloud transformations and migrations
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and large-scale ERP implementation methodologies
Experience managing governance, risk, and compliance in global environments
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience in Manufacturing or Apparel industries a plus
Master's degree a plus
