Responsibilities
Review claim files to understand loss details, liability, and recovery potential
Assist subrogation specialists by gathering documentation such as police reports, photos, statements, and claim notes
Support preparation of subrogation recovery files and basic correspondence
Conduct data analysis at the employee and group level to identify performance trends
Analyze historical subrogation results and research industry benchmarks
Build and update templates for data collection, reporting, and analysis
Maintain accurate documentation and update internal tracking tools
Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
Assist with communication initiatives, including internal messaging or social media tasks as assigned

Currently enrolled in a college degree program (associate's, bachelor's, or master's)
