Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Understand client needs, use consultative selling skills to close deals, ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and deliver tailored presentations
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand/retain existing accounts
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and unit targets
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage
Prepare and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings
Assist in resolving customer disputes and account discrepancies, providing effective solutions for billing, installation, and other issues
Managing large, complex sales
Meeting higher-than-average sales targets or managing a large territory
Communicating effectively, analyzing data, leveraging extensive experience, and solving problems
Introducing new products, leading training sessions, and mentoring colleagues
In more senior roles within this path, handling larger sales targets, broader responsibilities, and greater complexity
Meeting with customers in person or virtually to discuss sales opportunities
Advising on product suitability and providing technical expertise
Preparing proposals, pricing, and strategic sales plans
Collaborating with external partners on solutions
Researching customer businesses and industries for new opportunities

8+ years of relevant sales experience
