Responsibilities

Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with OCP’s strategic goals
Manage branded materials and ensure consistent visual identity across platforms
Creating and reviewing educational and promotional content, including videos, graphics, and newsletters
Leading the department’s social media strategy and editorial calendar
Coordinating media relations, including press releases, talking points, and media tracking
Planning and managing community outreach events, workshops, and public forums
Producing OCP’s annual report and maintaining records of outreach and campaign performance

Required

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree
Considerable 3 years of professional experience in marketing, event planning, outreach, or communications and related project management
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted

Preferred

Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals, including campaign planning, branding, and performance analysis
Proven ability to lead collaborative projects across departments and external partners, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of outreach initiatives
Skilled in creating educational and promotional materials—such as videos, graphics, newsletters, and social media content—tailored to diverse audiences
Experience planning and managing public events, forums, and workshops, including logistics, messaging, and on-site engagement to maximize community impact
Proficient in managing social media platforms, editorial calendars, and digital newsletters, with expertise in analyzing engagement metrics and adjusting strategies for optimal results
Experienced in drafting press releases, coordinating media responses, and preparing public statements and talking points for public appearances
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards across deliverables
Proficient with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, with expertise in applying brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across platforms

Benefits

Our generous leave package starts with non-MLS permanent and term employees earning 15 days of sick leave and 15 days of annual leave in their first year, as well as up to three additional personal days each calendar year.
Positions in MLS earn 35 days of paid time off each year.
In addition, we offer all employees 10 paid holidays.
