Responsibilities
Review and assess new case files to develop strategic action plans and budgets
Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff
Prepare discovery responses and manage document production
Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing detailed reports
Negotiate settlements, obtain necessary authority, and prepare for trial
Maintain consistent communication with legal support teams
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of legal practice, preferably in Professional Liability
Must be licensed in Georgia or awaiting bar exam results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Initiative and adaptability in managing multiple priorities
Preferred
4–7 years of experience, ideally in insurance defense or professional liability
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Georgia Bar license (or pending results)
