Support high-end M&A and corporate matters by drafting and negotiating key deal documents, including stock/asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition documents, governance agreements, employment agreements, and NDAs
Partnering closely with clients and deal teams to keep transactions moving from diligence through close
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of M&A transactional experience
Excellent writing skills
Strong judgment
Collaborative, upbeat approach
California bar required
