Crash Override is redefining the way modern engineering teams manage software security and reliability. As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the West Coast sales motion, building your own pipeline and running full-cycle deals with engineering and security leaders.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle sales from first touch through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts

Build pipeline from zero through outbound, founder-led deals, partners, and direct network-driven motion

Lead discovery, demos, competitive positioning, POCs, security reviews, and procurement processes

Multithread complex, multi-stakeholder deals with technical and executive buyers

Develop and manage early GTM partner relationships in the region

Maintain accurate forecasting and a clean, disciplined CRM

Provide structured customer and market feedback to product and leadership

Required

Demonstrated success selling technical B2B products to engineering-led organizations in full-cycle roles

A consistent record of exceeding quota in self-directed, outbound-driven sales environments

Early-stage startup experience with comfort operating without established process, playbooks, or inbound demand

Proven ability to build territory and pipeline from zero by working your own network and outbound motion

Experience selling complex products (DevOps, security, observability, data, ML tooling, or similar)

Strong technical fluency and learning velocity; able to quickly understand and demo a technical product

Clear, concise executive-level communication and strong stakeholder management

High agency, resilience, and prioritization in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
