Draft demands, discovery, motions, and legal documents; conduct legal research
Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel; represent clients in court
Work with medical and other experts for reports, depositions, and case strategy
Drive cases from intake through settlement, ensuring optimal outcomes
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
3+ years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit and litigation experience
Skilled in drafting demands, responding to motions, and legal writing
Strong knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
Exceptional attention to detail, work ethic, and client advocacy skills
