Responsibilities

Identify and recruit new independent agents and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You will manage these relationships to hit monthly sales and revenue targets
Collaborate with partners to deliver tailored connectivity solutions, including DIA, Ethernet, Private Line, Wavelength, and Security services
Work alongside Sales Engineering and Marketing to ensure a "best-in-class" experience for partners, from initial onboarding to post-sale support
Provide partners with the training, product updates, and resources they need to effectively position our services in the market
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry conferences, strengthening engagement across the regional tech community
Use Salesforce to maintain meticulous records, track partner activity, and provide accurate revenue forecasting

Required

3+ years of experience in the Channel, with established relationships among agents and regional/national MSPs
A strong understanding of network connectivity (On-net, Near-net, Wavelength, etc.)
A proven ability to drive revenue growth and consistently exceed sales quotas
You are self-motivated, highly organized, and thrive in an environment where you can build something meaningful
Willingness to travel up to 35% for partner meetings and industry events
Expert-level experience managing pipelines within Salesforce
