Responsibilities
Direct all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination
Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
Manage project schedules and ensure milestone completion
Conduct quality control inspections and address deficiencies
Lead daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and trade partners
Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders with project management team
Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
Resolve field conflicts and coordinate with design team as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
Proven track record managing projects $5M+ in value
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
OSHA 30 certification required
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience with ground-up commercial projects
Background in healthcare, education, or municipal construction
First Aid/CPR certification
