Analyze medical records, case facts, and legal precedents
Negotiate settlements and collaborate with insurers, adjusters, and medical providers
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the state bar
Proven experience in workers' compensation defense
Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills
Experience with automated, paperless case management systems
