Responsibilities
Assists users with government databases, software, and systems
Support the Tier I and Tier II level help desk to perform first contact resolution of Help Desk calls/tickets that relate to software issues
Qualification
Required
Active clearance: TS/SCI with Poly
Bachelor's degree (Preferred in a technical discipline)
US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance
IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)
Prior Systems Administrator experience (2+ years)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
IAT Level I and IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+CE)
Prior Systems Administrator experience (5+ years)
Prior Help Desk experience (1-2 years)
