Regional Sales Manager – Northwest & Mountain Region
YER USA is representing an international client, a leader in the industrial sector of valves and valve automation. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support sales expansion across North America, focusing on account management and business development.
Responsibilities
Travel up to 50% of the time to engage with customers and prospects
Build and nurture strong business relationships
Deliver compelling technical presentations to wholesale distributors, OEMs, and manufacturers' representatives to secure new business
Leverage exceptional analytical skills to identify hidden potential demand for the company’s products among both new and existing customers
Qualification
Required
Extensive technical knowledge and understanding of valve technologies (experience with ball valves is a significant advantage) and actuator systems
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and opportunities, interpret data, and make logical, evidence-based decisions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to coordinate marketing initiatives with local independent manufacturer representative agencies
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of successfully building and maintaining positive business relationships
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software tools
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

A four-year degree or technical qualification is an asset but not mandatory
